     Meet Hayden & Molly, the faces behind Cypress Prairie Farms. 

     After meeting in college, while lab partners in an animal science class, we decided that enough was enough. We wanted to break the cycle of mediocre, big box store beef and make connections with consumers. 

     It was exactly what our experiences in agriculture were missing.

     Every serving of Cypress Prairie Beef is dry aged for 14 days to reduce water and increase flavor!
